Can I customize my order? Yes! Many of our items are made-to-order and can be personalized with names, monograms, or color choices. Customization options will be listed on each product page. If there is something you are envisioning that is not our website, please contact us with a brief description of your idea!
How long will my order take to ship? Because each piece is made with care, please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We are happy to accommodate last minute orders to the best of our ability. What sizes do you offer? Our sizing varies by item, but most clothing ranges from newborn to toddler sizes. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit!
How should I care for my embroidered items? To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend gentle hand washing or washing inside out on a delicate cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry and avoid ironing directly over the embroidery.
Can I request a custom design not listed in your shop? We love custom ideas! If you have a vision in mind, send us a message—we’ll let you know if we can bring it to life.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a secure and easy checkout experience.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed? Because each item is made-to-order, we begin processing quickly. Please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change—we’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what do I do? Please reach out as soon as possible with the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. If it has already shipped, we’re unable to redirect the package.
RETURN POLICY: At Honey & Goose, each item is thoughtfully crafted just for you, which means all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we are unable to restock or resell returned items. That said, we want you to love your order!
